Delivery Coverage
We ship to various countries worldwide. Delivery service availability may vary depending on the destination and the type of product ordered.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
For heavy or specialized products (such as CNC-Equipment, Soldering Equipment, and other heavy equipment), processing times may take longer (up to 5–7 business days).
Shipping Methods
We partner with various trusted international logistics services. Available shipping methods:

~ Sea Freight – more economical for large/heavy items
~ Courier Express – for small tools such as electrical tools and pipe tools
Shipping method options will be displayed during checkout or confirmed by our team.
Estimated Delivery Time
~ Asia: 3–10 business days
~ Europe & America: 5–15 business days
~ Other regions: 7–20 business days
Note: Delivery time may be affected by customs clearance processes and global logistics conditions.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on:

~ Destination location
~ Shipping method
For large products, shipping costs will be calculated manually and confirmed before shipment.
Taxes and Import Duties
All import taxes, customs duties, and other additional fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
We are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance in the destination country.
Packaging
All products are packaged according to international export standards.
Heavy products and machinery will be shipped in wooden crates or pallets for maximum protection.
Shipment Tracking

Damage or Loss
If an item is damaged or lost during shipping:

We are not responsible for any delivery failures due to incorrect customer addresses.
Partial Shipping
For orders with multiple items, we can ship them separately depending on product availability.
